Speaking of old Chewy -- HOLY SHIT that the Braves (with help from the Mets and Nats) have made this bet interesting this year!

According to B-P.com, the Braves have an 80.1% chance to make the playoffs, and a 9.5% shot at winning the World Series.

Braves currently sitting with a better record than the Indians.

If both teams get eliminated in the DS, tiebreaker goes back to regular season record IIRC.

It looks like you called it. Though half the vote is still out, I doubt she'll extend her lead to 10. I didn't see this coming at all. He ran a very understated and apparently under-financed campaign. I saw more TV ads for my state rep candidate than I did for him. He's an appealing guy with a great life story. I think he has a future in politics if he wants it, though I have no idea what he stands for. Too bad he's a republican. Be kind...
