This week the transition from filler players to stars began in earnest in Ann Arbor with the "decommitment" of two three-star prospects. David Reese and Victor Viramontes who committed to Harbaugh during the "we need to fill up the class as early as possible" phase of the Maize and Blue's recruiting program.
The fine folks at MGoBlog.com outlined this pattern of recruiting in Harbaugh's history, so it's definitely not a surprise to see it happening how it is now . . .
If this was Urban or Nick the holier than thou would be here talking about what slimeballs they were. Leopard does not change its spots . . . Harbaugh got commitments from kids he didn't really want then replaced them late in the process, just like at Stanford.
