They need to knuckle down and win this home series against ohio taint this weekend.
#23 Huskers are sitting 5th in the Big 10 at (5-4) and the buckeyes are 3rd at (7-2).
ohio taint is coming off a big win over #5 Louisville (albeit in Columbus).
The sweep to #22 Maryland set them back and with road series at #19 Iowa and #11 Illinois, this home series, the trip to Evanston, and a home series against Purdue need to be taken advantage of.

Huskers lose Game 1 (3-4) @ Iowa City today. Stranded 11 total and had bases loaded in the top of the 9th only to ground out. Iowa made some great plays.

Never hated Erstad. Also never wanted to be the wet blanket during the stretch of great baseball the Huskers were playing against not so quality competition. This team still hasn't shown the ability to step up against quality competition on a consistent competition. This downhill slide sucks and hope they can pull out of this funk and fast!!!!
