I don't think the Lakers will get Cousins - The Kings will fire Karls ass before they give the Lakers the center needed to lead us back to the promised land - lol, but taking Russell means the Lakers intend to sign Rondo on a one or two year deal to fill in until Russell is fully developed and then the will go after Aldridge for their give man and possibly Kevin Love. Randle will be the power forward and it will the matter of time before the new Lakers team starts to get better. I expect the Lakers to over-achieve in the regular season and get beat, but at least they will be fun to watch
