Im not defending DJ AT ALL, douche move for at least not addressing it man to man, BUT I have seen on Shark Tank where Cuban will try to pressure a person to accept a deal on the spot, without further discussion or rescind it.

Wade's 33 and Irving's 23. Wade has been to 5 NBA Finals in his career and has a ton of mileage on his body. Irving doesn't. We've only started talking about Wade's injury issues since he was 30/31.
