I'd be surprised if he even makes the permanent roster. Played only 6 games on special teams last year and the Bills aren't hurting at special teams or linebacker.

Might make the practice squad, but that would be about it I'd guess unless someone else picks him up off waivers. (If I'm not mistaken a guy has to clear waivers before he can be signed to the practice squad)

I don't have a problem with the Rivers contract. It's nice to have 3 RB's, but I'm very concerned about the WR's. The Chargers don't have a deep threat. Not that it will matter considering it looks like they didn't improve the pass rush either.
