Basically I want to know where the hell Harvey Perelman gets off by hiring a outsider. One with no Nebraska ties whatsoever and one who happens to AD at Miami who has a great history and track record

I'm really not sure what you mean.

He wasn't even there when the violations took place.

Nebraska can't always hire people with Nebraska ties. Sometimes you have to hire the person who's best for the job.

Jest wait until Valentine gets on thee field :pop2:

Like anybody else, he needs to be developed via Strength and Conditioning and allowed to flourish in a system where the players aren't running around the field fucking confused all the damn time.

Rob. New by would be huge. Also DT.HOOKS. Lavon Hooks' list of finalists has undergone another change.

The defensive tackle from Fulton (Miss.) Northeast Mississippi Community College added two schools to his list of finalists and eliminated Miami and Arizona State. Nebraska and Auburn are now back in the running to land the four-star prospect, ranked No. 15 in the ESPN Junior College 100.

"Nebraska, the coaching staff is great," the 6-foot-4, 295-pound prospect. "I know they have a good track record with putting guys in the league. It would be a great atmosphere. They've been sold out since I don't know when.".

If we can land DT Hooks to go with DE Gregory we would have a very nice experienced DL

Most of the bluechip kids know they can go where ever they want......

So of course going to a warm place where they can be comfortable is going to add into the decision. I remember when I lived in the dorms and a lot of those Cali boys were like "you mutha fuckas be crazy for livin' in dis shit!"......whenever it snowed.

There's more said about that than there is in reality IMO. The beaches and warm weather have always been there. It's really about hard work, putting a solid coaching staff together and properly managing it.
