Now, I know it's still early in the year........but when you're ranked 185th overall in the country, usually a lot of schools will throw offers at you by this point in the year.

It's just that these other big schools (Alabama, Ohio State, etc...) were not even going to waste their time knowing that Banderas is from Lincoln, Nebraska.

When you're born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska........there is like a 99% chance you're a Husker fan.

Most people don't realize it but Ohio State had like 8 scholarship basketball players out of the Columbus area on roster this year.

People also don't realize the kind of in state talent there actually was during our title runs.

It'll be back again. All these guys involved in those title runs... they're having kids. They've had kids, and they're all going to go to Nebraska.

We all know the kind of role genetics plays.

We'll get a nice boost from that. Minter Jr. is one example.
