I know Mejia won PAC 12 defensive player of the year, but Mejias-Bream really impressed me in every game I went to see live. And he just did it again. He has some kind of glove over there at third.

Agreed. Arizona's infield is tight. When that guy threw matthews out at 3rd last night from RF, it basically ended the game.

The announcers seem to think that was a called strike, but I'm pretty sure he was called out on the swing there. He definitely crossed the plane of the plate.

apparently last night all my Carolina friends thought they disrespected USC and were all pissy about it. I must have missed the commentators remarks, but there were numerous status's saying how USC was the back to back champs and the commentators were all over AZ. nuts instead of theirs.
