For those doubting the Phillies, they just won on the road 1-0 with a Papelbon 1-2-3 save. They may hit lousy like us this year, but they can pitch as well as we can.

I wonder what the historical average score is on opening day? All the "best" pitchers are going that day, so it would be logical to think that the ERA for opening day SHOULD be quite a bit lower than the average non-opening-day game...
