He's gonna be expensive as fuck next year. Probably 6 year $150M incoming.

Have to imagine Bud Dupree is gone after this year, that would free up $15M and Big Ben is on borrowed time (which will naturally free up a fuck ton). Mason may still be the guy after Ben if he continued to get mentoring and learn this year. Still, he's not getting a huge extension anytime soon.

Dupree has quite a few pressures but as an overall player I don't think he's that great and SO much of his pressures are freebies thanks to Watt/Tuitt who are monsters (and both mid-late 20s so you have no choice but to keep them on). Someone will overpay for Dupree, I don't think the Steelers can afford him and I also think you can SOMEWHAT plug/play someone else who can be serviceable.

Definitely one of Ted´s bigger mistakes not drafting him and moving back and drafting Kevin King (of 39 yard bomb end of first half of NFCC game fame). When TJ was still on board all Packers fans thought the Badger was heading to Green Bay.
