The player who got hit was named RamirEZ, so I doubt Tito was the thrower. That sounds more like something NN would do (about 30 years ago, though).

The throw was from the second deck (Richmond has a second deck???) so just getting it to the mound shows a level of athleticism. Maybe it was inout...
