I know you are right on Belichick. But he can’t do much without a QB. I just hope there is a better option than Cam once we get to October. I’d be surprised if they win 10 games based on what I see now, but I do like your optimism! Now that Brady is gone, I see you are becoming a closet Pats fan due to your love of Belichick.

That defense is looking like a unit that’s gonna win them games. Once they get complete, they are pretty impressive now

I don’t focus too much on Cam, he sucks, but that contract isn’t preventing them from bringing in someone else or using their top pick on a QB

I’ve told ya for 20 years I don’t hate the Pats, just the Feminine QB

How badly do you think the league and sports media want a Patriots/Bucs Superbowl?

Bill is getting the offensive safety pieces in place to make a big move up in the draft for a rookie QB IMO.

or maybe attract one of the big name QBs who wants out

For the 53rd time this offseason, a team like the Pat's drafting outside of the top 5 of this draft don't have the ammo to entice a team like Seattle or Houston to trade. The 15th pick in this draft plus the next 4 1st round picks of the Pat's shouldn't be enough for a team like Houston or Seattle to pull the trigger. It's just not enough value.

.....but after watching Houston just a little bit this offseason so far maybe they are dumb enough to take half of what they should for Watson.

What happens if NE includes Gilmore? Pete Carroll would love a Gilmore on his team.

Its hard to say. Having the Bucs in the Super Bowl already draws the Boston market in a big way so the sports media probably wants a different major player involved whether its LA or NY.

I hear you, but…I don't think so.

Max Kellerman and Skip Bayless already have (different kinds of) boners at the thought of NE/TB Superbowl.

Earlier in the Winter, I heard Derek Carr’s name discussed as being on the block. What would it take to get him? That’s a move I could support more than hoping to get lucky in the draft.

Well...your mistake is listening to those 2 assholes in the first place.

Kellerman I don't mind. Skip is a self-serving, scumbag, shock-jock (not bad on the alliteration there, I wasn't even trying).

I stand by my assertion that they are both assholes. Kellerman is fine when talking about Boxing, though.
