I believe Ted Thompson is to blame for most of this. There just isn't enough talent on this team and Clay Matthews who hasn't played much this year is as overrated as they come. Damn I see that roiding gay motherfucker on more commercials then on the field this year. Have no RB's capable of staying healthy or under 300 pounds plus a terrible defense that equals bad play. I agree with the OP except I think Rogers still can be a good QB. Peace.

Packers have been plagued by HORRIBLE drafting in the last few years. I'm not sure why they felt some ridiculous need to go heavy secondary in 2014-2015, but I felt Clark was a 'catch up' selection this last year. They've ignored a terrible DL for quite some time, thinking they can ride Matthews, and I think in hindsight it was a mistake.

Rodgers IMO is off. But he's being asked to shoulder a mediocre team into the playoffs, which IMO the Packers' thinking is ambitious.

Ted Thompson has not drafted well and avoids free agency. Rodgers stellar play the past 6 seasons were the main reason the Packers made the playoffs. If Rodgers played on a better team he'd have at least 3 SB rings in my opinion.
