Performance enhancing drugs. HGH rules.

The evidence points to it.
I mean we have Adrian Peterson with a miraculous recovery, now we have RG3 in the process of something never seen before in terms of time of recovery and now Karlsson?

Just wait, we're going to see Andre Ware back for tonight's championship game against Michigan

Too soon?

Much too soon, although if the lazy bum had any work ethic at all he would be taking the court tonight.

Young, elite athletes are a different species. The look in his eye right from the presser he gave a week or two after the injury until his interview a few weeks back said that he was going to try to make it back this season.

I'm not sure it's a good idea. The skating he has done is nothing compared to what he'll need so I'd guess he's still at least 4-6 weeks away from even contemplating a return.

fwiw - Bieksa stunk for most of the season after coming back from that injury.
not sure if he came back too soon, or if it was just the process

Or that it was the 3-tard.

I keed, I keed.

We'll see.

Karlsson playing at 70 % of what he was before the injury is still a top pairing defenseman so I'll take it. I just want him back at 100% a year from now.

Great news! There's still a long way to go but I was hoping that he might make a surprise return this season. Obviously the Sens are not going to rush him at this point though but they would certainly welcome him back if/when he is ready and they are in the playoffs or fighting for a playoff spot. A top seed could get an unlucky 1st round draw if that should happen.

Great to hear! I agree though that he shouldn't try to rush things and make sure he 100% heals before trying to return.

I hope they keep his recovery quiet, the Sens go deep into the playoffs, and then during the player intros you hear "Mah God! That's Erik Karlsson's Music!" And then they lose to the Devils.

Plus he knows a thing or two about blades and the wounds they create.

I didn't even want to open this thread because Karlsson honestly just makes me some jealous of Sens fans that its frustrating.

Cleared for contact and just needs to get back into game shape.

I'm a little worried that this will be too much, too soon.

I hear ya Kenny, it seems unreal that he is back skating this quickly.

/Maybe he is part-cyborg?
