Dysfunction is sometimes a two way street, in this instance, being quick to blame the organization is easy because of the history, that is, until we really look at what's transpired.Like it or not, as I've pointed out, this one may not be on team Snyder.
BTW: To me Kirk is just another player, no more, no less. If I'm to be labeled a Kirk hater because I don't take the favored position of QB ( in this case Cousins) worshipping, so be it.
