On to Steelers and payback week one ! Actually, this move by Brown's at least isn't that surprising when he's in last yr contract and he isn't a " shut down " corner anymore, if he ever was. They like to bring up how he shut down AB and Green one season. Wonder if Ben and Dalton were at helm when those acts of shutdown occurred? Brown and Green disappeared when those guys were out. He'd be smart to look safety in the face pretty soon.

Haden was once a top tier CB, not elite, but very good in the upper half.. He isn't quite that yet, little older, little slower and a little dinged up, but with no pass rush and the only real good DB after Ward then Gipson left he aint really got the easiest job in the world.

I agree that safety might a be position for him down the line. I think Pitt is a great spot for him currently. He will have much better players around him to feed off.

True. If its not Steelers it will be interesting to see where he lands. Will it be about payday or contender. I'm guessing if not Pitt, he will go payday. Nowadays with CTE influence, the " older guys " used to look at last shot at SB on way out. Now they are looking more at last shot at good payday while they can and walk away with their health brain wise intact. The fear at least, is real. For a player nearing " mid- life " crisis time in his career, the decision as to how he wants to go forward has /is changing some thought processes for sure. Can't says I blame them at certain points in career nowadays. He might end up in Jacksonville.

The "peace" poster is @Malibu. He ended every response with that powerful emotion. He hasn't been around the Hoop at all during this off season.

Go Buffs. I'm looking forward to this season. This year's CU starters on Defense are significantly more athletic and faster than the guys who graduated. The offense is the opposite - large amount of talent going to finish off their career - paired with new QB - Montez (a better athlete and a better arm over Sefo).

We will see how MacIntrye is at reloading and continuing to build.

Game stunk honestly

I agree the game stunk to watch - as a fan.

1) Montez has a rocket arm.
2) The Buffs play calling - established no rhythm - didn't use the middle of the field - was predictable - and obviously in the 2nd half the Rams came out charged up and the Buffs came out to sit on the lead.
3) The Buffs Defense - played extremely well.

Stevens showed me a lot - standing in there making throws. The CSU receivers are pretty good. The Rams played with more emotion and with more determination. The Buffs had more talent. Nice wake up call for the Buffs.
