It was nice to see Steve Atwater up their talking! I think it isn't talked about enough how good of a game he played vs the Packers in Super Bowl 32. If it wasn't for Terrell Davis he wins MVP of that game.

So true - it was like he played that Super Bowl like he was a crafty veteran who was playing physically 10 years younger than his age. He was a big difference.

The Broncos are up for sale this year some time. Performance on the field this season would likely increase perceived value of the team if successful and decrease the value of the team if unsuccessful. We can be very sure - the Bowlen daughters are all in on Denver Bronco's success this year.

It made me wonder - did the Broncos decided to put off the franchise QB acquisition as a problem for the new owner to solve - if it needed to be? I'm thinking that may have been a factor in the draft decisions.

My Soph year they had a pitcher named Nic Ungs who was a SR... I hit against him one game. They usually didn't pitch him against us because they saved him for the tougher teams in the conference. He threw so hard I couldn't even see the ball. The Marlins drafted him in the 13th round of the baseball draft. Made it to Triple A but never the majors.
