A lot of talk during and after the draft was about how the Raiders and Mike Mayock were focusing on "high character" guys and "team leaders" ( some of this talk an attempt to justify their lackluster draft )

In keeping with the high character sentiment, the Raiders today signed OG Richie Incognito to a one year deal ..

Incognito has not played since 2017, and most recently, was arrested last month at a funeral home on a disorderly conduct charge ..

You can't make this stuff up ... The more things change, the more they stay the same
