Courtland Sutton reminds me of former Bronco Lionel Taylor. Lionel Taylor was one of the 1st WRs to catch 100 passes in a 12 game season. They are built the same - though Sutton is a whole lot faster.

I have a great memory of Lionel Taylor making a catch while I was in the stands watching - The Houston Oilers were all over him - all you could see of Lionel Taylor was his hand reaching up above all the others and catching the front end of the football to bring it in for the catch. It was one of the most remarkable things I ever saw in football. Sutton has a huge catch zone.

Never got to see Taylor play but from what I've heard/read/seen on black and white film of him that would be a pretty good catch for us.

Much better then Kitrick Taylor.

I was randomly thinking of former Broncos who have passed away during their professional playing career or too young after their career was over. Here is a list I came up with. Anyone I am forgetting?


Darrent Williams (Murdered)
Kenny McKinley (suicide)
Shane Dronett (Suicide)
Adrian Robinson (suicide)
Damien Nash (heart)
Jeff Lewis (accidental drug overdose)
Elijah Alexander (cancer)
Mitchell Henry (cancer)
Ron Holmes (complications from diabetes)


Still alive but paralyzed is Darren Drozdov after a wresting stunt gone bad.

Is anyone else annoyed by the Broncos new roster page on denverbroncos.com ? I think it needed changed/tweak as it was old, but the new style annoys me.. The pictures they have of the players are very small (thumbnails) reminds me of a webpage you would see with indoor football not the NFL.
