This deserves its own thread.
Serious question: when's the last time you've seen a QB as bad as Joe Webb?
Ken Dorsey? Cody Pickett? Those guys had absolutely NO talent whatsoever. Webb has a great OL and the best RB in the NFL. Not to mention a good TE & ok WRs.
Andrew Walter maybe? Jimmy Clausen? Even Clausen wasn't this bad.
Chris Simms? JT O'Sullivan?
See, he doesn't count because he never played a snap in the NFL. It's why I didn't mention Nate Davis.
The frosting on this shit cake too is that he did all this with having a very solid offensive line, the best RB in the game, and the defense playing damn near 10 in the box.
Bears 2004 QB's. nuff said
Craig Krenzel
Chad Hutchinson
Jonathan Quinn
Rex Grossman
Hey, for a guy that didn't throw a pass ALL YEAR - he was at least average.
Seriously not many guys get thrown into the fire that ice cold.
Average??????
When he wasn't throwing the ball UP to get rid of it & avoid a sack, he was throwing it either 10 yards in front of his receivers on short routes or 10 yards behind 'em on deep ones. That might've been the most pathetic example of quarterbacking I've ever seen in the playoffs.
There were so many bounce passes, I thought he was playing basketball.
