I think Rick's group is technically Alexandria.

Then you have the Saviors, the Hilltop, and about to have the Kingdom.

From the comics, the "Survivors" refers specifically to the pre-Alexandria portion of the group.

I don't care. You're the leader of a group that has one doctor. There ought to be a directive out there that under no circumstances does the doctor leave the safety of the camp. At the very least that directive should have been given out to his core "group," which happened to be the fucktards that took her out.

Leadership isn't just about making reactionary decisions, there's also foresight, and in my opinion, protecting a resource as important as a singular doctor should have crossed his mind.

If I was Negan in that situation I would kill the following:

*Abraham: Obviously an alpha male.
*Rick: Obviously the leader. Why wouldn't you take out the leader?
*Probably Darryl: If I had any knowledge of his actions against the group previously.
*Maybe Michonne: If I has any reports of her sword skills in action.

I wouldn't perceive the others as much of a threat and might let them go if they were going to basically be my slaves. Let them scamper back to Alexandria with their tails between their legs and go from there.

I don't know why he would let any of those 4 walk free under any circumstances.

Here's my take. Negan's about control and fear. Abraham proffered himself to be killed. No way Negan takes that offer. He wants it to CRUSH the groups heart and soul. Not take out someone who wWANTS or is ASKING to be killed. Hence him scoffing at him.

He won't take out Rick, because he wants Rick's group see him crippled with fear and resorting to being Negan's bitch.

I don't think it's Darryl. I think they want you to think it's Darryl. Plus it seems like it would be anti-climatic after him being shot last week.

Michonne; I don't think it'll be her either.



Despite the picture posted with Carl's shadow, I don't think it'll be him, because of the potential awesomeness going forward with him and Negan.

No. Rick beats him up in a fight that I believe would qualify as a war crime (Rick being the bad guy). Negan is than kept alive in a jail cell (Morgan did not build in the comics - no story existed for its creation in the comics. He is still alive in the comics today, but might be in the middle of a face-turn.

That means they put the makeup on everyone?

No way. AMC is too cheapskate to put that much investment into the scene.

OR...

The scene is not as gruesome as it needs to be, and it would not be difficult for them to film for everyone.

My guess is that Negan wants resourceful badasses in his group, which explains the extraordinary lengths he went to in order to "shock and awe" Rick and crew. Those roadblocks, and whatnot, that was designed to end the fight before it began and I think that's because he's impressed with Rick's group and wants them alive.

That said, I don't think he'd select the lucky one based on who he perceives as a threat. Frankly, given Negan's demonstration of strength, I don't think he perceives any of them as much of a threat.

beings that the writers have been to scared to kill anyone off of any significance, it's going to be Aaron who gets bumped off.

Why not Glenn.... they already killed him once this season, or so we thought. So why leave it as a cliffhanger that he gets killed again.

They are not going to kill off Daryl because of his new fling with AMC.... He just got his own reality show, he is the the main character in the video games, and he isn't in the comics giving them free reign to interject him wherever they's like.

Right now AMC is to afraid of what will happen in the ratings if they kill off a figure head on the show, and they have proven it countless times.
