This show is going down hill. I think the writing has gotten substantially worse since the beginning. The acting has always been sub-par.

I'm at the point where I think I'll just record it and watch it later instead of rushing home to make sure I catch it live.

The British couple are obviously asshats because nobody is holding a gun to their head making them buy the merchandise. What's far worse is the response from the UK retailer Primark... the spineless company pulled the item from their stores because of the complaint from that couple.

I grew up in rural Oklahoma and as a child heard that word way too many times.

That being said I'm familiar with that rhyme and this story is the first time I have seen that word associated with it. Obviously if rhyme had a racial element that was common knowledge the show (or comic) wouldn't have used it.

In this context a simple explanation should have eased any concerns over the shirt.

Some people look for excuses to be offended.

The "Andrea" fight in the tower? They would need to do a lot to establish Michone as a shooter to make that a possibility. Unless they put Sasha up there and have her lose the fight instead of win, and they take her prisoner, setting up the Holly arc.

Nah. The "shark" was two-fold.

1) The abandondoned cliffhanger of Rick in the RV while the giant herd surrounds him (only to solve it by having Rick just walk into Alexandria without even a mention of what happened)

And...

2) Glenn crawling under the dumpster. Find me ONE dumpster with enough clearance to crawl under, and MAYBE I can forgive this. But as it is, that was the show lying to the viewers, pure and simple.

Everyone that watches the show should be able to see that Dwight isn't happy serving under Negan, so surely it wouldn't a surprise to have him be a turncoat.

I didn't know the original history of the rhyme but at this point the altered rhyme has been in existence for over 40 years at least so it doesn't seem racist to me anyways.

Offensive? Yeah I can see that.
