I was going over what could soon become some of the best O-lines in the NFL and the ones that already are (49ers, Titans, Cowboys & a few others), and I was puzzled by something.

The Titans already have Roos at LT and Oher at RT. They just drafted Taylor Lewan. Where's he gonna play? He's too good to be a backup. Will Oher move to guard? And does that mean either Levitre or Warmack plays center?

Does Lewan play guard?

That's a heck of a lot of talent though.

Dallas is almost there IMO. I think Doug Free is lame; some might disagree. But they have Tyron Smith, Zack Martin & Travis Fredrick on the left side / center. Could that be the making of the rebirth of the great wall of Dallas from the 90's?

Roos is probably gone soon. He'll be 32 after this season and the Titans are nowhere near competing for a title. You should always draft with a win now mentality, but the Titans got a decent steal in Lewan and can let him develop for a bit.

Let Lewan develop and then pair him with Warmack while drafting a QB if necessary in 2015 and make the run. Nobody is de-throning the Broncos/Pats this year anyway. Even if they did the Titans wont do anything against the Hawks/49ers/Packers/Saints, so might as well build for the future in this case.

Win now (of course, unless you're the Bills) but within reason.

Oher is bad. Or at least he was last year. Warmack was bad last year but he was a rookie so who knows.

Rams oline should be good when healthy. Health is a big problem, though

People put Oher on a pedestal for some reason... Probably because of his heartfelt background story... But he has never really produced at a high level in the NFL. Lewan could easily start over him.

The Titans o-line in my opinion was a key factor in Johnson leaving. They have potential to be better this year if Oher can be good and Lewn doesn't have any personal issues. They had to address the o-line this off season and did so we'll see if it works.

I don't think anyone confuses Oher with Lincoln Kennedy, and I agree Lewan will be better. I'm just curious what the Titans plan to do with 'em. If Oher is your weak link you're doing alright.

I agree, but last season Oher looked awful. A change of scenery could be what he needs though. Not sure Oher is mobile enough to switch to OG, but maybe someone else could make the switch to the inside.

Everything about the Ravens running game last year should be put out to pasture and shot. Their advanced numbers are hilariously bad. Like cardinals oline from before Palmer bad

I think the Steelers OL is going to be much improved as well. Same with the Packers. Great to see Jerry actually commit to rebuilding the OL in Dallas

Lewan I would hope would start. Oher makes a better back up than a starter. He is nice to have in the rotation in case somebody goes down but he shouldn't be any team's plan A at this point. Last year was just pathetic. He has shown glimpses of being decent but never for a full season.
