I don't mind re-picking... But I still don't see why Bill Bates was ineligible... Just because he returned as well, doesn't mean he made the pro-bowl as a returner... If we want to make clearer rules then fine... but not sure why you are singling me out so much here...

Plus, I picked him because my original intent was to give UK a whole bunch of Cowboys...

again, how do you know they made it as a SPECIAL TEAMER?? I agree with my first pick... But the next 2, I see no proof...

Verrett was a replacement pick...

if you want to make a rule that all pro-bowlers must be first team pro-bowlers then fine.... I don't mind that...

I think the whole point is that we don't want to use a player that didn't really play the position at that position. We don't draft returner and long snappers and such and if that is the way they made a pro bowl as a teamer, it takes away from what we are trying to do. We want to draft actual LBers, not a guy listed at LB, who only made the pro bowl as a long snapper or something.

The only way I wanna continue this draft is if everyone can pick sabotage players that weren't in the Pro Bowl for Special Teams. If they have 13 games played 0 starts 9 tackles and 1 sack they obviously didn't make the pro bowl as a linebacker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did think that direction was extremely clear and it's lame to not do it straight up. It isn't easy as it sounds. A pro bowler has at least one good season under their belt after all.

Since when don't you like being singled out? We are going with at least 1 pro bowl and at least 64 starts at an actual position.

starting 2 games is misleading... He was a second year player, who just made the all-rookie team... and we all know with 11 men starting, the third CB was generally the one not starting... and of course you are not going to start your youngster vs your veterans...

But just a side, did you know that Bates was second overall in sacks as a DB in football that year... Just saying, it is not like he had a bad season... and not too far-fetched that he would make the pro-bowl...
