This offseason I am intending on doing an ongoing poll rankings of all the expected starting QBs. Our previous poll had Matt Ryan (7) beating out Philip Rivers (6) and Cam Newton (4).

You don't need to be in it for the long haul, just vote when you can. The offseason is long and I will space it out. There will come a time where it doesn't matter so I will group, but we'll go as far as we can.

Question: Who is the ninth best QB in the league?

Here are the parameters:

This is just for this coming year. Age can matter as far as current abilities and experience, etc., but not for contract or length of remaining career. If younger means better, sure. Otherwise, it's irrelevant.

Assume that each QB is in the optimal system with an equal level of talent around them (average everywhere) and coaching. If the current QB of a team does not fit in their current system or on a bad team, imagine them in the right system and average team.

So, please vote.

These polls are ridiculous...

They'll get more ridiculous when it gets to lower ranked QBs, but if you could, just vote. It won't be like this every year. This is just this offseason. I know of a way to make it better next year (IF I decide to do a version). Fewer polls and less demographics hopefully. It will always be subjective, the factors of a good QB variable between people, people will have preconceived notions, and people will continue to misunderstand the parameters (voting on past achievements for old guys) but I think I know how to make it better, but wanted this way first. I might not do it anyway.

We should all vote for Brandon Weeden for the #10 ranked QB just to illustrate how ridiculous these polls are turning out.
