It seem like coaches now days, don't get chances to prove what they are capable of doing in turning a team around.
GM's need to realize, they need to do a better job in building a team and stop blaming the coach so fast.

Hasn't that always been a trait of bad teams? The coaches get fired but the organizations keep making poor decisions. The Warriors are a classic example. A fcked up owner (Cohan) and front office that would just burn through coaches year after year.
