I mean I’m not gonna lie.....as an avid golfer myself who grew up watching and learning the game from Tiger, I kept hoping Brooks had a mental lapse somewhere coming down the stretch.

I had back-to-back US Opens in my mind though and somehow I knew it wasn’t going to happen.

I have a lot of respect for competitors like Brooks. Reminds me of Nebraska Football during the glory days.
