usually not, but we got info on Adams so I thought maybe there was word on Freeman.

He did get back into the MSU game, so it cant be super serious.

Good chance for the other RBs to get some reps. We have a stable in the backfield, need to use them more than we did vs MSU.

I was surprised UO didn't run TBJ or Benoit. Sometimes a guy that takes the read option and is nearly at full speed is great on the goaline. Much like James and DAT. Surprisingly great short yardage runners in those situations.

Not that a bruiser like Blount/Freeman isn't better in that situation. Because they are. But if it isn't working those smaller fast backs can get that 1 yard before the dline is even out of their stance.

G State did hold a 14-0 halftime lead at Fusky Stadium last year.

Final was UW 40 something to 14.

Did you see the performance Oregon D gave against MSU? held them to one of their lowest production in the last couple years. I believe that in week 1 they plaid it basic as to not give MSU anything much to look at as far as blitz packages, cover and rush schemes and so forth.

ITS GEORGIA STATE PEOPLE....Eastern Washington is a better team than these guys. They've been in the FBS for like 2 years.

And due to that, I'd rather face GSU then Wyoming, as Wyoming at least has been recruiting FBS players for a long time. GA State is probably still trying to dip into FBS style player recruiting pipelines.

if Oregon practices against Sheldon HS this week they'll be well prepared for Ga State.
