Haven't you guys been there? Doba was pretty likable wasn't he? I remember your fan base turning on him pretty hard. Grass is always greener I suppose.

The fans never "turned" on Doba we were saddened that Doba didn't step down or Jim Sterk didn't force him to step down with his wives cancer. He ended up with 2 amazing recruiting classes in 04 and 05 but he didn't do homework on all those 4 star guys because no school wanted them cause they weren't academically eligible or were facing criminal charges. He was a nice and great guy but completely wasted 2 full years of players. He basically gave us the death penalty and we are already a school who it takes 3 years for our recruits to really make a dent.

10 months seems awfully short for a RB with a ACL. Especially an RB.

Tyner being lost for the season isn't a deal breaker for the Ducks, but the guy was the de facto #2 last year and would of been this year as well. He contributed for over 500 yds last year. Sure Freeman is a beast, but this means he's gonna have to be out there a lot more and moving Marshall over to help with that reduces depth at WR.

It's a blow to the Ducks depth, even if they got talented freshman.
But Oregon also got Addison back who missed all of last season

There are sure to be more kids out with injuries for all of the Pac teams between now and the opening of conference play. Way too soon to know which teams will be at the worst of that. Sad to see it no matter who it is, but it's going to happen. Just hope no school/athlete has to go through anything like Curtis Williams this year.

I certainly wouldn't be in a hurry to get him on the field.

TBJ , Kani Benoit, and like Oly mentioned.... Marshall went for over a thousand at RB two years ago before switching to WR.

They are loaded at RB and WR. So kinda whatevs w/ Tyner news.

Only time a coug is happy is when they win the apple cup. The only time they are truly mad is when they run out of booze. Everything else in between is just a blur for most of them.

So Thomas Tyner is out for the season. Surgery on shoulder.

meh...THAT GUY rolled up Ohio State in the natty game last year. Shelve him via a "redshirt" waiver and watch that beast get unleashed again in 16'...I don't see a problem with "Rolls Royce" Freeman picking up the slack this year.

Will they turn off the lights at halftime and have them do a little dance?
