We still own the desert 6-1 in the last 7 years. I wouldn't hang my head to high after beating me Beavers, they flat out SUCK this year.
Apparently Arizona isn't too good either. But yeah we own the all time series.

Seems like this thread has slowly bled out on its death bed.

FIFY. Funny, everyone looked forward to the end of the Oregon run and some spirited retaliation on this thread - then find actually Oregon was the thread! Even an apparent Husky revival hasn't helped. Old wounds run deep.
Um, there is much higher than normal banter off this thread than usual. That's a big part of it. Most of the Pac fans put their stuff here and this week it's been on several threads related to the UW/Ducks game, USC coaching woes, Utah's question over if their coach might go to a top tier program, etc.

The Pac thread has always has it's ebb and flow. It's not going anywhere.

@Vitamike

We excited for tonight?
Well, with the Zack Greinke taking the mound for the Dodgers tonight in Game 5 about 2 and a half hours before the PAC Thursday night game and the fact that most MLB games are nearly 3 hours I'm a bit conflicted.

I just hope them Dodgers have a huge lead making the decision to watch the first quarter of our game easy.

It's almost sad, the end of a ten year streak?
That's 11 years and it's not as long as the one your school has over us. More the sign of a program that went through an extended down turn than anything else.

Oregons is 11 games since 2004. 11 games in 11 years. while ASU's is only 9 games that goes back to 2002. 4 seasons where they didn't play eachother.

The streak over Washington is nice, but I'd be a little more sore about losing the one against Utah, which seems fairly likely this year. Again, long time frame (11 wins over 40 years), but since we're in the same conference again, it's important that they know ASU is supposed to win. One more win after the recent close calls, derailing a promising start and costing the Utes their top 5 ranking might really head fuck the program and fanbase.

A friend of FB says that Spurrier's South Carolina teams would have run through the Pac 12. I laughed he still believes it so I hit him with stats (like I do)
Spurriers SC teams went 7-5, 8-5, 6-6, 7-6, 7-6, 9-5, 11-2,11-2, 11-2, 7-6 and now started at 2-4 this year. the 3 11 win seasons were 11, 12 and 13 seasons.
In 11 they would have had to contend with 12-2 Oregon, 11-1 Stanford, and a 10-2 USC. they lost to an 8-5 Auburn and an 11-2 Ark.
in 12 they would have had 12-1 Oregon, 12-2 Stanford. They lost to 10-3 LSU and 11-2 Florida.
in 13 had 11-2 Oregon, 11-3 Stanford, 10-4 Arizona St, 10-3 UCLA and 10-4 USC. South Carolina lost to 8-5 UGA and 5-7 Tenn.

I say the 2012 has a chance to have contended in the Pac but I don't think they run through.
Your thoughts.

Sorry but all of those PAC teams are soft. SEC! SEC! SEC!

I'm surprised to hear that. I didn't know we had such a streak over anyone. That mean's Petersen will be on our azz next?

Its gunna fuck the conference out of one of the Top 4 spots for the NCCG! if Utah loses. It wont fuck with me if they lost. Its the kids on the field that it affect!
