Chip would never change his style to fit the program...

USC would need to understand this, and I am sure USC would be completely fine with adopting Chip's style because of the wins that would ensue..

ah,

nevermind, lets not talk about this.

The other 11 would likely be playing for the Alamo bowl(with the possibility of an at-large New Year's Day Bowl).

My main question would be, would USC be willing to abandon a pro-style offense or would Chip have to change his style? :noidea:

End of the day though, I don't see it happening unless Chip is available in 2 years. I think Haden will give Sark 2 more years.

That make you feel better @OregonDucks ?

I wish....

but with Sarks 7 win season (its what he does) along with his alcoholic rant..........and no more sanctions excuse...Haden has all the ammo he needs to justify this impending firing.

part of me was thinking Chip would return to Eugene....

seriously.

if Oregon doesn't win it all this year, why not bring the Chipster back to finish what he built.

Well, they won 9 last year. Unless the wheels completely fall off this year, he will get a couple more years (or at least this year and next) because of the inexperience on this years team. We have something like 13 freshmen playing big roles and a few sophomores as well.

You're right though. If Haden decides he wants to get rid of him, the drunk Sark thing does give him a reason to do it.

Let me ge this correct DayMan...

Where does Sark go...back to Washington, coach P back to Boise and OC J Smith back home to Corvallis?
No wallace. Sark fucks off, Pete stays right here, and sure, Smith can go run your offense if you want him.

if the wheels come off this year I don't see Haden being hesitant at all to move forward, especially if Chip is available.

Because if he doesn't move on it, then Texas surely will.
