lol. Good Sat for me. Went to Dodger game and USC won.
Did I miss something? Did a van with all of Washington's field goal kickers go over a cliff? I watched some highlights and that was painful.

Yeah, we need to figure out how to play like we did in the 2nd half, for the entire game. Playing one half of good football (especially on offense) isn't going to get it done against the Domers and if ASU is close to as good as they looked against the Huskies last night (especially on defense)...it's not going to work against them either.

I don't know what they do or say to the players in the fourth quarter but they should say or do it in the first quarter for a change. Coming back is nice but it's unnecessary when you should just be up at the half.

Yeah, I thought that the fumble that Utah scored on was just a really good play by their defense, that happens.

But the other 2 were the result of taking too long to decide or trying to change his mind mid hand off on a couple of read options. That can't happen.

One thing I noticed last night with Darnold was that, in the first half, he looked like he was trying too hard to be a "prototypical quarterback" rather than just playing football.

In the 2nd half, he got to moving around and making things happen which is when he is at his best. It also helped that the o-line appeared to remember how to run block which got RoJo going.

I forget if it was during the Dodgers game or the USC game, but one of the networks showed how, within about a 7 mile stretch, there were 3 major sporting events all happening at the same time.

Pretty much... Stanford was definitely the winner this weekend... They've been playing well, the next few weeks should be interesting with Stanford playing WSU and UW...
