Yeah, that kick off time is literally the only thing I'm not going to miss staying home for this game. 7:45 is entirely fucking insane.

I'm pretty sure it has gotten later every year. If not for the fact that I want to keep my streak of home games attended alive (I think I'm at 23 or 24 now) I wouldn't want to go. I'm either going to have to spend a fuck ton of money on ubers, or I'm going to have to find something to do until the surge goes down.

Pro tip for you guys: Carry cash on you if you plan on ubering places. Frequently if you hop in an uber and negotiate with the driver you can get a lower rate and pay them under the table in cash. It's not worth it if it's not $50+ though. I'm unsure what cut of the fare that these uber drivers get, but the few times I've offered to pay out of pocket they go for it.

Washington needs TCU to lose now. That would mean no undefeated teams in the Big 12.

You guys don't have to worry about TCU leapfrogging you. TCU has one legit team left on their schedule in Oklahoma. OU getting knocked off all but guarantees the Big 12 will be left out, the one team UW needs to look out for though is Georgia. If they roll into the SEC CCG and lose close to Alabama they would have just as good of an argument as an undefeated B1G or Pac 12 school. It's Clemson, Alabama, Georgia then UW/Penn State IMO at the moment.

doing a low-n-slow duck burn on the barbie @ 2pm pst time today, figured i should get some huskie "bonus points" for my foodie choice…takes 4 hours to cook-n-crisp, then it's duck tacos (small tortillas), hoisin plum sauce, jalapeños, cilantro, green onions and cold beer before the wazzou game.
