Chicken Little on display in it's finest hour.

How you feeling partner?[/QUOTE
Fair the well. Thanks. This Yu thing is going to get looked at no doubt but my thoughts are the media has to blow it up till something bigger comes along.

The implications are pretty serious. It's hopefully nothing he knew about, because they would crucify him in a heartbeat if he did. I just hope it blows over quickly and we never hear anything else about it. Yu needs to focus on being ready not that nonsense.

Long as you aren't going backwards, or downwards, is all good news.

To date, I don't think there's much to be alarmed about, regarding Yu. MLB has to do it's "due diligence" for sure, and the media is going to report on it.

Nothing to see here folks. But I'm not saying it won't. That however is down the road, and nothing has been reported which would give us any indication for impending doom.

The truth is, the chicken little BS is you pretending to know Yu did nothing wrong when you don't have the first clue. Neither do I. IF he did anything gambling wise, it's not a game suspension, or season, it's forever

Due to your memory problem, here's what you said........

"it's very possible Yu never pitches for the Rangers again."

No I don't have a clue, this is why I'm not making as-sine statements.

And all of us understand how serious the problem is IF and only IF he's proven to have connections to gambling. You on the other hand are drawing conclusions from evidence not yet presented.

My memory is fine, I have always said IF. The variable that worries me is Yu's brother. Yu could have been talking to him as brothers do, and might have unwittingly gave him info that he used to his advantage. When it comes to gambling, they don't need a recording of Yu, they can look for disparities in amounts bet and draw their own conclusions

This is true. I'm just not alarmed today over this. Perhaps I should be.

Do any of you know what the hell he does for a living?!?

Yes I do.....worked with Mr Norm many years ago. Actually, a more than decent person to deal with.

I thought is was somewhat amusing how he talked extensively about how Lucroy fit our needs, and spent almost no time on discussing what it would take to get him. He, at the very end of the segment, mentioned our # 1 from last year perhaps needing to be included in the package.

He's probably already touched based with Yu. I'm guessing he already knows whether he needs to be worried or not.
Well said, what I meant. I wonder if he had knowledge of this before the Hamels deal

There was a drop they played on the Ticket years ago where Norm was ripping into a caller and he said "Do any of you know what the hell I do for a living?!?"

Unless you got that already, in which case, never mind. :suds:

Jim Callis has Dillon Tate as #8 in his Top 10 list of right handed pitching prospects.

Prospect Watch: Top 10 RHPs for 2016

8. Dillon Tate, Rangers

Tate progressed from pitching just three innings as a UC Santa Barbara freshman in 2013 to the No. 4 overall pick last June. With his live 92-98 mph fastball, sharp upper-80s slider and athleticism, he could advance very quickly.
