my grill has 4 separate burners .. so I fill it up with wood chips and the 2 ears that i attached set on top of the burner defusers in between 2 burners and the flames heat up the chips and they combust on their own and smoke away

Good deal bud,i bet you smoke some food up on that thing. 4 burners? That sounds like a good sized grill.Mines a pretty good size as well,i can cook 45 hamburgers at once on it and i still have my upper rack to slow cook on.

I've used hickory a bunch but i've never tried cherry yet.

I've also got a handle i can rotate the level of my heat up and down...oh it has a smoke stack on top!! lol

the tank is behind the big door and the drawers are big for lots of storage .. I broke down and spent the big bucks this time .. rather than say $150.00 every 3 or 4 years .. cause by the time the burners go its time for a new one .. my son took the old one to his bachelor pad bought a new burner for it at a fraction of the cost for a new grill ..

Thats true,its better to go ahead and pay the bucks now and get something thats going to last you longer in the long haul.I should be able to get a good 5 or 6 yrs out of mine....maybe more! I've gotta a very nice "UK" grill cover for it! Shit that costed me 70.00 bucks.But hey!..its a UK cover!! he he
