if you do nothing
you'll get a letter in the mail about 10 days later assuming you have a license plate registered to your address . if you ignore (paying) that you can actually get points on your license I think (after maybe a month)

they have online self reporting/payment of the nominal toll with 7 days amnesty in every state I've ever seen (that uses it)

if you don't pay it they send you a fine I think you have 7 days to pay it on line,if you pay it now it will only cost you a few bucks if you wait on them to send it to you more like a $100.00

yup, when I moved out here CHIarea (before having a pass) there was massive construction on several of the interstates (shock!!!!) and I got stuck in the middle lane of I88W just W of 294 interchange and the york plaza exit sign was torn down, completely missed the temporary cash lane exit. :israel:
