Got the FMLA paperwork in the mail yesterday.Have to have her psychiatrist fill it out tomorrow and mail it out.It will take time to process but it will protect me from getting in trouble with work should she need my care.I wish I did this earlier but she was doing so well I didn't even think about it.Part of me wants to bang one of the personal days I saved by using my vacation.But I also don't want my job pissed at me either.I feel stuck between the 2
