Yes they are. And he is pretty damn good. It will just take him some time to learn all the buildings and he could use to loosen up just a bit. It's not a formal boot camp around here....LOL

Yea that's the hardest thing for them when adjusting to normal living. But sometimes its good for the work environment. I used to work as a tech for a flash memory company and it was a VERY laid-back atmosphere. Almost to a fault. But then they hired this manager that had a military background... And I tell you... Within the first sales quarter of his hiring date our production numbers increased almost 30%... Crackin that whip!

It's understandable, but in this atmosphere we mainly deal with the people of the company. So that is mostly of a customer service aspect. Now when we have the tresspassers and undesirables in the lot, then its time to get nasty!!! LOL

Yea its hard for a military backgrounded person to adjust to that "coworker atmosphere" where you don't need to be such a hard ass with everything. But he'll get it! Just takes time!

The good thing is he is very respectful to authority, So I do have that in my favor!!

This was the last banner I created for the Steelers group I have on facebook....I thought it was pretty cool!!!

That's legit! Definitely not going to be tattooing "Face-Lee-Us" on my body though lol. BUt I like the look of the hypocycloids! I wonder what it would look like if you boxed in the rest of the cycloids with the colors... Like the red hypocycloid, put the two red spots on the other side as well...
