Yea that's the hardest thing for them when adjusting to normal living. But sometimes its good for the work environment. I used to work as a tech for a flash memory company and it was a VERY laid-back atmosphere. Almost to a fault. But then they hired this manager that had a military background... And I tell you... Within the first sales quarter of his hiring date our production numbers increased almost 30%... Crackin that whip!Yes they are. And he is pretty damn good. It will just take him some time to learn all the buildings and he could use to loosen up just a bit. It's not a formal boot camp around here....LOL
