I am looking forward to it not being hot enough to piss the Pope off this summer.

They told me this first project ends in June and they have another one that runs till the middle of October and asked if I would want to stay for that one. I told them that if I tough out a winter up here, I'm going to stay and enjoy the summer.

98 degrees and 95% humidity is pretty brutal, but that doesn't last long either.

Hell, that June till October back home.

They said they send the field guys home when the heat index hits 110. We would starve in the summer if they did that.

I grew up in AZ, and I don't remember being as uncomfortable as I am here when the humidity is that high.
Maybe Texas gets humid being on the coast, but I'd rather have -10 than that shit any day. lol

Her mother and I are very proud of her. She's gonna cost me alot of money when she goes to college.
