Morning steel,rie,ms,gg and anyone else floatin around. I think me and DeAnna are just going to stay home and chill,watch the games and eat good. Got all our runnin done earlier in the week,so we're good to go!! lol

Keep it up steel,we know you can do it! DeAnna did when we got together,about 3 months after she said. I guess where i dont smoke and she watched me lose my stepmother and she lost her father a few yrs before that. Hella'va way to go! COPD doesnt play around.

On my 2nd round of antibiotics trying to kick this, they say it's Bronchitis but I'm going to get checked for COPD or asthma when my dr gets back from vacation. How about you Rie?
