She is a waitress, server, hostess, whatever they ask her!

In another month or so she has to go back to Bulgaria as her work visa
runs out. Funny how strick they are with people who come here to work legally????

I just got to get her to make that kind of commitment and she is not ready yet.

She goes back, works there, and then tries to get another work visa for the summer back over here. This is her third year. They really need people and the businesses want them to come because locals, college gets that use to work down here in the summer, did myself when I was young, are to good to do it anymore!!!

that's understandable, Mrs LOC and I did a intercontinental thing for a total of about 3.5 years, seeing eachother 2x a year for 2weeks a time. The first 1.5 years was 'trial', the rest was waiting to get better finances, job sitution, work out the legal stuff, etc .

as a final note, I'm not are you are aware of all the details or not, but if you are even 1% optimistic you want to pursue the marriage visa in the future, HIGHLY document your times together--- receipts, photos, etc in a safe deposit box or a firesafe. you fill out a shit ton of paperwork, but the real crux of the interview is 'prove this isn't just to gain citizenship to work here'
