I was just very tired of all the whinning and crying over it,,,,,if it ever does come back there should be a cap and once you reach it either you stayed there or it would reset,,,I just know it caused me a lot of grief,probaly my own fault but damned that crying would piss me off

First I went to a bar and watched the Steelers with some friends, who are raven fans! Well that went downhill real quick after it looked like we had them. Then, the friend who takes me with him when the Steelers come to Baltimore asks if I want to go see the Patriots. Well, like an idiot, I did, of course, proudly in my Steeler garb!!! No physical brutality, but alot of ribbing!!! But I ain't hiding from my team!

Yep it's cheaper than giving the $2K maintenance fee.

Problem is doesn't cover the structure. But that is what homeowners is for.

A friend has one that costs him about $500 a year with American Home Shield.
He just had his well pump replaced and only cost him $65 bucks! Heck that paid for the whole yearly payment?? No brainer!!
