I don't follow the draft seriously, just as something to do for a couple slow days in April, but I noticed a lot of the safeties listed are small. Like 6' guys that weigh in the 190 range...why not take a big corner and convert them??? You need cover skills out of the safeties these days, so doesn't that make more sense???
A lot of those guys can't play in the middle of the field and can't tackle.

They half assed qb two years in a row

Like terribly run franchises do

Willis was like a lottery ticket anyway. He fell to them in the 3rd so I didn't mind taking a flyer on him even though he's ended up looking pretty bad. Trading up for Levis, even if its just amounts to a 3rd round pick, just ain't it. The team has more holes along the o-line, DB, pass catchers that needs to be filled before you find Tannehill's replacement.

I'm not saying any one, one that can do those things. You know, actually scout the guys and see what they can do

They chose to not make the 2024 play by not trading tanny and Henry

Now you’re…trying to win 9 games?

Do you have a minute to talk about Joe Burrow?

I like having the draft on mute, then try to read the lips of the player selection

Sometimes they do. You'll start seeing some of that in the 4th round range. Moving a guy is risky. All different angles than the guy is used to. Some guys are just football players and can line up anywhere.

I doubt they had much of a market for Tannehill, especially once Rodgers forced his way to the Jets. But they should have traded Henry to try to make themselves as bad as possible. Still, I doubt they win more than 7 or 8 games anyway. Which will probably put them in the lower top 10 of the Draft next year. That's still prime territory to move up to get Williams or Maye, especially if one of the teams up top doesn't need a QB. But now they've wasted a pick on Levis.
