The next GM should be?

There are lists and then there's Dan Snyder desire to interfere. Considering everything, should our next GM be an inside hire or someone who's currently outside of the organization?

No opinion. I would love to say internal, but I don’t know enough about them individually to make that choice.

The Gm has to be a Rivira guy .. but since we are so close to the Draft most of the FO should stay at least till the draft is over .. my vote for GM would ex Lb Morgan he worked with Sneider at seattle and i think he is at buff now and he is Rivira guy but i think the buck will stop with Ron . Ron will have the final say so (it is the way) Mandarlion

It almost seems if Rivera was given more authority that just HC. does he also have personnel responsibility?

In any event, we need someone from the outside that has been in the front office of a successfully run franchise and sees how they go about their business. Any internal candidate we have has been raised in a flawed environment. While they may understand this, that doesn't mean they understand how to fix it or what it should be. Bring in fresh blood and a new vision.

I'm going with a total outsider! Earlier in the last season, my choice was Louis Riddick, I'm still hoping that he is the guy!
