We won the Super Bowl though.

Well one could argue it was Wade Phillips scheme that won the Super Bowl. The offense didn’t exactly light the league on fire and if anything trying to make Manning fit his scheme was a huge disappointment. I love Kubiak but that was dumb.

Gary will be one of my favorite Denver Broncos of all time .....If he was dumb to give me that over and over I really like winning SB50 . Just think Mike Shanahan never won crap without Kubiak. Kubiak made normal QB's reasonably decent and Mike Shanahan needed HOF QB's to make his Scheme work.

He also made a HOF QB look like a bottom-5 QB. Now given Manning was not healthy but to me if he had kept the same offense that Manning was used to the offense could have been middle of the pack and made life just a bit easier on that defense. But hey in the end it all worked out as they won!

I think Manning was starting to lose the physical ability to play the game. I think today he can mentally handle the game but physically just not quiet there.

Glad we won Super Bowl 50. Hopefully we will be in the conversation in years to come.

Last time I had started one and I think it saved a few people from straying away not knowing where everyone else went.

I remember when Chris Meyers dad posted for awhile.

I also remember when I was new to MO and we had a poster (I forgot his name there) but he dropped hints about playing D1 college football and I finally figured out it was former Wyoming S Prentice Rhone. Not sure what ever happened to him but that was pre KFFL days.

Tom had a bad ticker, and I suspect that got him. When he hadn’t been around for 6 months or so, I googled him and found his obituary. Was a great guy. Really vivacious personality. DC and I met him in Canton at the Elway coronation - and I know Crash did as well, although we didn’t meet Crash then.

His wonderful wife passed away. She was a great lady she was so nice to me when I met her my mom passed away the year before I went to the HOF to watch Elway get enshrined. My mom would have come with me she was Elway's biggest fan. I told her about my mom and for the rest of that trip she was looking out for me she was great. TomG the last post was he was moving to Houston to meet a lady his family wanted him to get with but yep I agree with DC he is gone he was not happy and his family was throwing a hell marry trying to stabilize his life he was in his 80's and very depressed.
