I'm John Shadows, and I approve of this message. Worth the risk of taking a college coach.
I don't know anything about Rhule, but his tenure at Baylor seems like it wasn't anything to write home about. Hopefully he ends up being your answer though!
Nice avi, little buddy. It just makes one feel, like ... calm. Not cool. Scrotum visible. Remove immediately

The market out there for established coaches just wasn't that good. Did we really want McCarthy? The best coach available was Ron, maybe the OC for NE.I hate flavor of the month-hot take coaches and this one feels that way
His only NFL experience was as an assistant OL coach for one season
Now, none of that stuff matters if he can get the job done and I certainly wish him the best, but I'm very skeptic about this hire- Duke's Cuttcliffe beat him twice in two years
And inheriting a team that had gone to a bowl game every year since 2009 and promptly winning a single game is amazing?yes, turning a 1 win team into an 11 win team in less than four years is nothing to write home about
great take

Dave Tepper's first head coaching hire as owner of the Carolina Panthers appears to have rattled his counterparts across the league.According to Robert Klemko of the Washington Post, NFL owners are angry Tepper gave such a large contract to a first-time NFL head coach when he signed Matt Rhule to a seven-year, $60 million deal.Klemko spoke with a fellow NFC South coach who noted owners are "pissed" and will look to "hurt [Tepper] at the next league meetings. They might just shut him out of the room."
Gotta get our DT's back. KK especially. Run d was freakin' terrible this year. Not sure what's going to happen with Vernon Butler. He had a good season, don't know if they'll tag him. But our D doesn't work without being tough up the middle. I thought GO88 would have made the retirement announcement by now, we'll see.It will be fun to see what this team looks like at the beginning of the season. Lot's of question Marks with Cam, Olsen, Bradberry etc.
Have a lot of needs. Unless Tua falls in our laps I would rather us not draft a QB this year.
