How in the world do the Lakers get blown out by a bad Jazz team after just blowing them out 2 days ago?
Unbelievable

Very good question. They tanked the game at halftime and left early. How in the world do the Lakers get blown out by a bad Jazz team after just blowing them out 2 days ago?

You are a braver man than I to watch that game to the end Retro. And that is all she wrote. Lakers pause the season at the All-Star break and won't play again until next Wednesday. They chose to lose a winnable game before the break. The garbage guys played pretty well and got the 25-point deficit down to 14 for the end of the game. Later.
We have guards.
We could use a defender at F
Yea I hear ya ALR. They tanked that game after the First Quarter because they had won 6 straight and they were facing a week off with the All-Star break coming-up this week-end. They also won the season series with Utah, 3 games to 1.
True. You mean like DFS and Vando?
The only defender they can put at SG is undersized Gabe or play Vando out of position.
At this point (with Hayes banged up and Len looking like hot garbage), more likely they add another center IMO.
True.
They could play Johnson on opposing guards at 6-7.
Hayes got a facial contusion?
He will be fine.
Johnson is a solid defender and we need that on this team, he could play 8-10mpg.That would be the last roster spot. Do you want to use it on Stanley over a center or Goodwin or....?
If that's the move, I'm waiting until later in the season to make sure a bigger need doesn't arise (like a PG injury or something).

With Vandy, DFS, and Johnson we have 3 decent (Johnson) to good defenders (Vandy and DFS) off the bench.
