pisses me off. Do you have to start teaching to cut the knees to bring a guy down for fear of ejection and a 15 yard penalty?

Well done rules committee. You just screwed up a kids knee.

This is what it's come to- go for the knees rather than the head. It has completely changed football. Sucks.

Agreed! It wasn't an intentional injury at all, but players are going low now and knees and ankles are at risk. This targeting rule needs to go. Also when it is reviewed and they decide the player isn't going to be ejected then the penalty should be thrown out.
