Adam Schefter reports that Harris, like during the GM and HC searches, was present during the interview process for the top 6 QBs in the draft. Harris has stated that he’s learning the process of the NFL, but he would also sit in the draft room in the NBA, and expected to do the same with his new team. He does not plan on picking players and forcing them on his executives like the previous owner was known to do in the first round.

Yes, some of harris actions do bother me.
I have never been a kiss the ring of the owner guy. I didn't do it with snyder and I won't do it with harris.

Harris, to me, seems like he wants to own another nba team. He seems to want to recreate an nba front office and run it like an nba operation. I am not saying he is wrong because he has only owned the team for such a short time. He could be the greatest owner in the history of the nfl. This could be the start of how nfl offices will be run in the future.

I know nba owners can be involved with high nba picks. I am guessing harris is doing what he has seen. He has consulted Elton brand in the past and Myers is in our front office.

I dont like it but whatever. I still believe bezos should have bought the team and believe bezos will have a better franchise than harris will. Just my opinion. What I am not going to do is pretend that harris is perfect and that what he is doing doesn't bother me. My opinion, harris should not be in any interviews. Let peters do his job.

So far Harris has shown good intentions. I am watching his next move re; name change (when this low priority matter arises) and if he involves Jason "I'm a f&cking liar", Wright then my opinion of Harris changes. If Harris cannot see or simply turns a blind eye to Wright's involvement in the botched attempt previously, that says he thinks fans are not paying attention.

I am pretty sure the impression of a player is I want to get drafted as high as possible.

b/c its odd that Harris is sitting in on the interview. The player could have 2nd thoughts on who is making the final decision, the owner or Peters. The player could think is this another Dan Synder situation. I'm not saying that it is.

it matters on how the organization is going to be run. It shows distrust for Peters. The owner can have a one on one at Redskins Park. If Synder did this, it would be a board meltdown.
